From the "Helpful Links" page, I click on a link, but nothing happens.
|
| |
- Check each browser Window on your PC
When a link is clicked, a new browser Window is created to display the selected
page. The same Window will be used for all links on that page. If that Window
has already been opened, it may be hiding behind the current browser Window.
- Close unused browser Windows
There is a limit to the number of sessions which any browser can open. If
there are too many browser Windows opened, the browser will be unable to
start a new Window. Close any browser Windows which are no longer needed,
and re-try the link.
